Ingredients
  

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 oz butterscotch morsels
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg whites and sugar to peaks.
  • Fold in the butterscotch morsels and pecans.
  • Heat oven to 425°F. Grease the pan.
  • Put 1 tablespoon scoops in the pan.
  • Put the pan in the oven, turn the oven off and leave overnight.

Notes

Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
Variations: any kind of nuts, or morsels, coconut, etc.
