Crispix Mix Sweet Minglers

  • 2 gallon storage bag

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package (6 oz, 1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts optional
  • 6 cups Crispix cereal
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate on High for 1 minute. Stir and heat an additional 30 seconds on High or until melted.
  • Stir in the peanut butter and peanuts. Gently stir the Crispix cereal into the chocolate-peanut butter mixture until well coated.
  • Place the confectioners sugar in a 2 gallon storage bag. Add the coated cereal to the sugar and close the bag. Gently toss until well coated.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Yield: about 8 cups.
