Equipment

  • 8-inch baking pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup flaked coconut
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the nuts, chocolate chips, coconut, brown sugar, sugar, cocoa and flour.
  • In a bowl, combine the eggs, oil and vanilla.
  • Add the mix. Blend well.
  • Spread into a greased 8-inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
