Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For rolling

  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Beat together the margarine, sugar and eggs.
  • Sift together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt, and stir into the margarine mixture.
  • Roll individual cookies in the cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
