Easy Cobbler
Equipment
- 1 quart casserole dish
Ingredients
- 1 can Comstock pie filling
- 1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
- 1 stick margarine
Instructions
- In a 1 quart casserole dish, layer half the pie filling (1 cup), half of the cake mix (1 1/4 cups), then half the margarine (1/2 stick), sliced.
- Repeat.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Serve with a little ice cream on top.
