- Cookie sheet
Ingredients
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup Karo light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- 1 pie shell
Instructions
- Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, stir the first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in the pecans.
- Pour into the crust.
- Bake on the cookie sheet 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. (Do not overbake.)
- Cool.
