Easy Streusel Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 1 1/2 cups flour sifted
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soft shortening
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Topping
- 2 Tbsp soft butter
- 1/2+ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- Add the shortening, egg, milk and vanilla.
- Grease and flour a baking pan and pour in the batter.
- Mix the topping and sprinkle on top of the cake.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
