Cream Cheese Frosting (Small Batch)
Ingredients
- 1 3 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the confectioners sugar. Beat until smooth.
Notes
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
Frosts the top of an 8-inch or 9-inch square cake or 2 8-inch round layer cakes.
